We recently upgraded our site and have some enhanced features that are sure to help you manage your procurement tasks with Spiral! Here are just a few of the improvements:
Live Chat – Now when a user is logged in, our live chat support team is able to know exactly who you are (contact name, company name, Spiral Account#, username, email address, etc) – which means we can help answer support and account questions much more efficiently!
If you’re not currently ordering online with Spiral (or if you’ve misplaced that elusive login info), don’t delay — just contact our customer service via Live Chat or our toll-free number (800-631-3572).
Shipment Notification Emails for Web Orders – When a customer places an order on Spiral’s web site, Shipment Notification Emails (including package # and tracking link if UPS or FedEx) are now automatically sent to the web user’s email address.
Order History Enhancements – Orders show up in ORDER HISTORY results as soon as the order is submitted. Invoice Details now have tax and shipping charges broken out. And all order history information is tied to the order number. (Look for this under MY ACCOUNT after logging into the site.)
Favorite Lists & Shopping Lists – Many users are finding these (FAVORITE LISTS & SHOPPING LISTS) to be very helpful in quickly and accurately creating shopping cart orders to process. (Look for these under MY ACCOUNT after logging into the site.)
Product Videos, Downloads & More – If a product has video(s) and other related downloads, these can all be found just after the detailed product description on the product page. Now videos can be viewed right on the page.
