The Lhermite EX-380 Automatic Punching Machine punches up to one million sheets of 8-1/2″ x 11″ paper in just 8 hours. This machine can run up to 8,400 cycles per hour which makes it the fastest punch on the market. With a maximum punching width of 15″, the EX-380 will punch an incredible variety of holes for Wire-O, Plastic Coil, Spiral Wire, VeloBind, Plastic Comb, or 3 hole for loose-leaf document finishing, and has the power to punch virtually any type of stock and material of up to 24 inches thick.
The EX-380 Automatic Paper Punch features an automatic sheet alignment with micro adjustments which allows for precise control and the heavy duty steel dies feature guide posts for perfect alignment, quick pin access, and flanged holes which help clear out waste and extend the life of the machine. The turnover drum keeps pre-collated document pages in perfect order so they will stay in place and the separator beak separates paper stock without damaging the edges of the documents.
A continuous conveyor delivery is available which allows for continuous delivery and shingles sheets as they exit the turnover drum and conveys them out to the operator. A tab option is also available which allows you to punch tabbed stock pre-collated into the book and a high pile stacking delivery which delivers neatly stacks and automatically recedes to all your operator to concentrate on loading the paper feeder and the machine automatically stops when it is full.
