The BB-400 provides the ultimate productivity level in a minimum footprint while remaining an affordable investment. The BB-400 is one of the fastest automatic wire binding machines in its category with an output ranging from 1,500 to 3,000 documents per hour. This machine will bind a wide variety of applications including note pads, exercise books, diaries as well as desktop calendars.

The BB-400 Binding Machine simplicity guarantees high speed and finishing quality. This machine can take all types of documents including: flush cut and oversize covers as well as tabbed sheets. This binding machine has the ability to take traditional spools or our new Snakeskin Wire-O® and can handle skip binding. The BB-400 offers an automatic feedback covers for desktop calendars and turn them around after closing before reception.

The In Line BB-400 is user friendly and the control panel is simple and easy to use. Mechanical adjustments as well as insertion guide and closing tool changes are performed from the front of the machine for convenience. The BB-400 is compact and has the ability to close 3:1 and 2:1 pitch wire from ¼” to 1”. Once the wire is fully inserted, the document is moved to the closing station and then stacked onto a reception conveyor.
