Spiral Binding (“Spiral”), a leader in document finishing equipment and supplies, presentation products and custom imprinting services, announces the addition of products from the D&K Group (“D&K”) to their line-up of laminating equipment and supplies.
Among the products included in Spiral’s line-up is a revolutionary product called Super Stick. This proprietary film offers the benefits of thermal film and pressure sensitive film. Able to easily laminate both paper and vinyl based graphics and provide superior UV protection. The specially formulated adhesives make this a superior product for difficult to laminate substrates…adhering 15 times better than regular thermal film.
Other supplies will now include D&K’s line of polyester based thermal wide format laminates (activate at 185 degrees, adhering to all types of inkjet papers including photo-based substrates), four kinds of mounting adhesives (general, economy, optically clear and floor graphic) and pressure sensitive laminates (with solvent acrylic adhesive provides an aggressive permanent bond and can be used for both indoor and outdoor applications).
Adding to the equipment line will be the EXP 42 Plus 42″ Wide Format Laminator (a heavy duty, industrial strength wide format laminating machine featuring variable speed, heated rollers, release liner rewind and stand), EXP 62 Plus 62″ Wide Format Laminator (mounter, laminator and encapsulator all in one with fast set up and easy operation), EXP 44 Twin 44″ Wide Format Laminator (dual purpose, operator friendly laminator with the ability to laminate, encapsulate and mount using the top two rollers and mount using the bottom two rollers, without re-webbing the machine), and EXP 42 Pouch 42″ Heated Roller Mounter/Laminator (state of the art print finishing system, enables the user to mount and laminate materials in a few easy steps).
